I finally got around to watching Food Inc. last night. The documentary does a terrific job exposing Corporate America’s control over the food industry. Check it out… once you watch the film, you will definitely be hungry for change.

I spent my Fourth of July weekend with my Yonsei girls at the beautiful Le Meridien Parker in Palm Springs. We were starving when we arrived, so we immediately headed to Norma’s, the only restaurant on the hotel grounds. Right after being seated, we were all served a complimentary shot of the smoothie of the day which was a pleasant (and refreshing!) surprise. It was a wonderful start to a wonderful weekend!
